If your chocolate arrived melted or damaged, please send us a photo of the chocolate requesting a refund or a replacement shipment. You can respond to your order confirmation email or through the Contact Us Form.
If you are unsatisfied with the taste of your first purchase, let us know and we will be happy to assist you with finding an alternative flavor. Due to the nature of our for-consumption product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on chocolate.
If you have an issue with chocolate purchased from an independent retailer, please contact the retailer directly regarding their refund policy.
