My tracking number says the order was delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?Updated a year ago
While the majority of orders are delivered on time by the carrier, mistakes and accidents happen. Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:
Wait at least 48 hours. Waiting for chocolate is hard, but sometimes the carrier marks a delivery as "delivered" prematurely and it can show up a day later.
Check around your building that the package was delivered to and with neighbors. Sometimes the carrier will leave the package in an unusual spot to keep it safe.
If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) directly and file a report. Then let us know and we'll get to work on a replacement!
