Oh no! We want to make sure you get exactly what you ordered, but sometimes things get a bit messed up.
Please contact us here or reply to your order confirmation email so we can understand what went wrong and make sure to include a photo of what you received. We'll take a look and make sure you get what you ordered. If something is wrong with the chocolate, please include the expiration date listed on the back of the product.
